CHERRY KEBAB

Ingredients
1 kg. special black cherries, without stones
500 kg. kebab meat
1 teaspoon flour
100 gr. butter
10 gr. Aleppo spice or 7-spices
20 gr. fried pine kernels
Chopped parsley
3 teaspoons of sugar
Salt
Arabic bread cut into triangles as desired

Recipe
Mix the kebab with the spices and salt and make balls of 2 cm diameter. Fry these balls with the butter until they are well done and keep them aside. Fry the flour with the rest of the butter and add the cherries, the sugar, and let simmer for 20 minutes and stir from time to time. Add the meat balls and let simmer for 10 minutes. Arrange the bread in a dish; pour the cherries and the meat over the bread. Decorate with the pine kernels and chopped parsley.
