PIZZA WITH MEAT (Lahm bel-ajin)

Ingredients
500 gr. bread dough
500 gr. minced lamb meat
200 gr. onions, finely chopped
50 gr. concentrated pomegranate syrup
10 gr. Aleppo spice or 7-spices
1 pinch of dried hot red pepper
30 gr. of pine kernels (optional)
Salt

Recipe
Cut the dough into small balls of 30 gr. each. Roll out the balls until they become very very thin. Mix the meat with onions, concentrated pomegranate syrup, spices, salt, and paprika. Spread some of this mixture over each piece of dough. Arrange them on an oven tray and bake for 10/15 minutes at 180 C. until you finish the whole quantity of dough and the stuff.
