OKRA STEW |

Ingredients
500 gr. diced lamb meat
500 gr. okra
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of verjuice
1 tablespoon of sugar
Butter
Salt and pepper |

Recipe
Boil the meat with the pepper and salt. Cut the top of the okra and throw it. Chop the onions finely and fry them in the butter. Add the okra and the water of the meat and the meat. Add the tomato paste and the peeled chopped tomatoes; the verjuice, the sugar, and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
